Another Exoneration in Texas

A man convicted of rape in 1981 has been freed after DNA testing cleared him. It appears to be another case involving faulty lineup procedures. Hopefully the Georgia committee currently studying the subject will take note. This is the first time I’ve seen such a case where the investigation was prompted by the Judge instead of a defense attorney, innocence project, or family member.
